Easy to wear, poncho style, black polyester, waist cape pulls over head and self adjusts to a perfect fit. Rests gently on shoulders with soft elastic neck hole. Arms can remain completely covered or exposed by simply reaching under bottom edge. Produces a shapely design in back and front with arms exposed. Looks great with jeans, shorts and skirts. Neck opening is 40" inches in diameter and cape length is approximately 39" Inches. Black only, polyester fabric, one size fits most adults.
