Define your intentions at each Sabbat with this Talisman. To use, cut the talisman out around the dashed line. After centering yourself, write down what you need or want to accomplish, improve upon, banish, heal, etc. within the solid red line. This can be done alone or within a group, each one writing down what they require. When you are finished writing out your intentions, singe the edge of the talisman with the flame from a candle. If you are doing this with a group, pass the talisman around the circle so that each one can touch part of it to the flame. Continue to do this until the entire edge of the talisman has been singed. Be careful not to allow the paper to burn into the solid circles. Singing the edge of the talisman seals in your desire so the magick can work. Keep the talisman on your altar or other sacred place until the next Sabbat. Reread what you wrote to see if what you wanted has manifested, or if more work needs to be done. Burn the old talisman, and begin a new one. Repeat this process for every Sabbat, and observe how the forces of Nature help you create your desires. Blessed Be.
