Winter Wonders!

The winter is upon us and the snow has already begun to fall here in the mountain region of upstate New York. The white glistening ground and covered trees are a sight to behold. Many folks in our area are concerned about the high cost of heating for the upcoming months and I too feel the sting from the pending heat bill but in spite of this issue I still have to gaze out the window at the majestic snow covered hills and heavy snow laden trees with a sigh of wonder and overwhelming feeling of calm. As the pure beauty of it alone captivates me to my soul. Yes. The winter will bring snow, ice and freezing rains, high heating bills and muddy floors but it also will bring a cleansing, a refreshing glow of white sparkling surfaces and gleaming sunlight on frozen cliffs. All will be safe and warm beneath this white blanket of wonder waiting for the spring when again tiny buds will form on the trees and plants of every shape and size with spring forth from the grounds that now lay quiet, serene and frozen in time.
The winter months bring about many celebrations and here at White Witch Wares we've been busy listing products to the fill the needs of those who request them. We have added to our candle section under specialties several seasonal candles featuring Santa's, angels, Christ and Mary busts as well snowmen and crosses. In our Holiday Section we have added bulb ornament candles, melting snowmen and pine cone candles as well. The Radiant candles section has been expanded on and now includes a white tailed deer, angel of glory and a wildwood church. There are several new items listed in our Burning Accessories section featuring candle snuffers and snowflake hurricane lamps. Our tea section has been being refurbished with flowering teas in earl grey black, green tea with fresh jasmine, green tea with pumpkin aroma and white tea with peach. These flowering teas are hand sewn in China, comprised of AA Grade tea leaves with all natural flowers. Regardless of what faith or traditional festivities you enjoy we're sure you'll find something of interest to add to your celebrations in our store for the upcoming winter season.
