RETURN POLICY:

At White Witch Wares how your order arrives to you is very important to us. In the event that any items or products arrive at your door damaged in some way, please return them to us within 15 days of the date of purchase. Send returns to White Witch Wares, 216 Route 9N, Keeseville, NY 12944. You can either be credited for your order or a replacement will be sent back to you if it is in stock. (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable) If you paid for your order by credit card a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. We do require for all customers who return products and merchandise to pay for the return shipping. All purchases are FINAL unless your product or items arrive at your location broken or damaged. We do recommend that you pay for package insurance at the time you return your order. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
