Shipping:
At White Witch Wares, how your order arrives to you is very important to us! We ship our products through the USPS / UPS Utilizing a state-of-the-art computerized tracking system. Since not all carriers deliver to P.O. Boxes we must have both your street and postal addresses. Sorry - NO C.O.D's.
Ordering:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept checks & money orders via mail. When you order through check/money order we will set aside the items you ordered until we receive your payment. Once we do and the check clears we will ship your order immediately. If we do not receive payment within 30 days of when you purchased your order, the order will be canceled and the items will be return to our inventory. Checks must clear first before your order will be shipped. Credit Card orders are processed within 5 - 10 business days from the date the order is received. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the following business day. Completed orders ship out the following business day via UPS/USPS from the date the order is processed. If you have listed your email address with us we will send out an email confirmation notice when your order has shipped indicating the expected delivery date and tracking information.
If you would like to place an order through check or money order please e-mail or send us the following information PRODUCT CODE, DESCRIPTION and the desired QUANTITY for each item you would like as well as your shipping address, please include a contact phone number and email address if you have one, for use in the event that we should need to contact you concerning your order. All information is kept confidential and used for the sole purpose of providing you with fast, dependable service. We do not sell, publish or otherwise share your information with anyone. Once we have this information we will contact you back with the shipping cost.

Returns:
In the event that any items or products arrive at your door damaged in some way, please return them to us within 15 days of the date of purchase. Send returns to White Witch Wares, 216 Route 9N, Keeseville, NY 12944. You can either be credited for your order or a replacement will be sent back to you if it is in stock. (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable) If you paid for your order by credit card a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. We do require for all customers who return products and merchandise to pay for the return shipping. All purchases are FINAL unless your product or items arrive at your location broken or damaged. We do recommend that you pay for package insurance at the time you return your order. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
In addition to this:
- We do not ship COD.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, we require a full street address.
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
- We do not participate in drop shipping.
- We do not sell wholesale.
- All sales are final unless the product arrives broken or damaged.
- We do not pay for return shipments.
- We ship through USPS / UPS only.
